If you've found your way here, you know something needs to change.
I am here to offer you warmth and understanding in a safe space where you can freely talk about whatever you're carrying.
I specialise in helping people to understand and process the difficult feelings and emotions that can make day to day life feel like a struggle. If you feel like you keep pushing through but don’t ever get to a point where things feel better, then I can help you.
As a person-centred counsellor, you are at the heart of my approach.
Convenience and flexibility: You can attend sessions from home, work, or another private space, making it easier to fit counselling around your schedule.
Greater accessibility: Online counselling can be helpful if you live far away, have mobility needs, caring responsibilities, or find travel difficult.
Comfort and familiarity: Being in your own environment may help you feel more settled, safe, and able to talk openly.
Privacy and discretion: You do not need to travel to a therapy room or sit in a waiting area, which can feel reassuring for some people.
Continuity of support: Sessions can continue even if you move, travel within the UK, or have temporary barriers to attending in person.
Reduced time and travel costs: Without commuting, therapy can feel less disruptive and easier to maintain regularly.
A personal connection: Online counselling can still feel warm, meaningful, and relational when there is trust and openness between therapist and client.
